Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn items and the original packing slip inside the shipping box, ensuring all original tags and shoe boxes are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
